When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account. We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing.

Information collected from Merchants’ customers

For us to be able to provide you with our Services, we need to access your customer and order data. Below is a list of the Shopify Scopes we have access to and a brief description of why we need it:

• Read_products - To display which products exist within your orders
• Read_customers - To display the information of the customers related to your orders
• Write_customers - To allow you to write customer notes from CommerceFlow
• Read_fulfillments - To display the Shopify fulfillment status in CommerceFlow
• Write_fulfillments  - To Fulfill orders in Shopify from CommerceFlow
• Read_inventory - To see how many items were purchased in each order
• Read_orders - To display your orders
• Write_orders - To allow you to write order notes from CommerceFlow
• Read_all_orders - To display all orders in CommerceFlow, not just specific orders
• Read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders, merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders and third_party_fulfillment_orders required for Fulfillment Actions within CommerceFlow
• Write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders, read_third_party_fulfillment_orders, write_third_party_fulfillment_orders required for Fulfillment Actions within CommerceFlow

Use of CommerceFlow by Children

If you are a merchant and wish to exercise these rights, please contact us through help@commerceflow.io

We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are a merchant’s customer and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchants you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
